Tea with NOJAE

  • 80 ml Nojae
  • 150 ml Oolong Tea
  • 120 ml blueberry juice
  • 100 ml Perrier water
  • Blueberries

Preparation

In a teapot with ice, add Nojae, jasmine tea and blueberry juice, mix well. Complete with Perrier water.

I the teapot filter add some crushed ice and on top of the crushed ice blueberries and a fresh elderflower. Quantities are for 2 people, to share.

Presentation

Put the tea pot on a slate tray with 2 very cold metal glasses.

Pre-elaboration

Mix the ingredients and leave in maceration for 2 hours
Keep in refrigeration.

**Sweet Jasmine tea

  • 9 g Oolong tea(I recommend the Pouchong variety)
  • 500 ml water
  • 30 ml sugar syrup (1:1)

Infuse the tea in cold water for 12 hours (in the fridge).
Strain well and add the sugar syrup.
