Mojito NOJAE

Mojito NOJAE

  • 40ml White rum
  • 10 ml Nojae
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1/2 lime cut in wedges
  • 2 sugar spoonfuls
  • 1 Passion fruit

Preparation

Add in a glass the lime, mint, sugar, Passion fruit and Nojae, keeping this order. Carefully muddle the ingredients without smashing the mint but squeezing the lime. Fill the glass with crushed ice, add the rum and stir well. Add more ice if necessary and top with soda or sparkling water.
Finish with some mint and Passion fruit seeds.
